Recently I've been photographing Minnesota's pollinators on native plants.

Damselfly
A Damselfly, one of the many species in the order Odonata, suborder Zygoptera. This one is in Minnesota and is perched on False Indigo, Baptisia australis. Damselflies are smaller and thinner than dragonflies, have proportionally smaller eyes, and hold their wings against their bodies when at rest.
